Rome Loves Yoga 2026 is the second edition of a format created to bring physical and mental wellbeing out of specialised studios and into everyday neighbourhood life: four free days, open to anyone, with no experience required.
This year's edition focuses on Fonte Laurentina, an area that has grown considerably in recent years. The gym and the square in front of it become a neighbourhood hub where long-time residents and new arrivals meet through sport, breathing and self-care.
The programme combines physical activity, social inclusion and accessible cultural moments: yoga sessions for adults, children and families, mindfulness workshops, activities for older adults and people with reduced mobility, information corners and time to socialise.
